Profesal Mobile

Profesal is a producer Profesal software, a complete central database that can span across all divisions of the enterprise. The system stores data about suppliers, institutions, business partners and serves as a resource management and sales and support service platform.

We worked on strategic project of Profesal company – architecture and implementation of a browser-based web application optimized for mobile devices.

Architecture
Evaluation of suitable system architecture – we recommended one that was best suited based on future expansion possibilities and ease of integration with current code base.
User Interface
Application and enhancement of user interface provided by an agency in a form of CSS and HTML templates.
System integration with Profesal
We created REST service layer, autentication and data retrieval modules optimized for speed and responsiveness.
Additional features
Implemented additional specialized features, such as parsing and clean-up of HTML documents, file and VCard downloads.
Data retrieval modules
Ceated data retrieval modules for basic system objects – persons, companies, notes, tasks, projects, support issues, as well as additional full-text search API for dynamic search suggestions.
System deployment
Participated in system deployment for a few Profesal customers (over 100 users).

At present, most of our customers expects functionality delivered by Profesal Mobile.
In my opinion, the creation and growth of Profesal Mobile is a success, in wchich exemplary cooperation and implementation delivered by RAX played significant role.
Our programmers during a few hour long training learned the ropes of Profesal Mobile architecture and are now able, based on the delivered foundation, to enhance it, i.e. by adding new features and layouts related to data editing and inserting.
